Anyone qualified can do the fingerprinting. IOW, it doesn't have to be LE.
The PSP fingerprints for free. Call your nearest PSP barracks and ask them what would be a good day to show up for fingerprinting because they're not always fully staffed.

I am a former Correction Officer and will be attending. I can assist SFN's hubby in fingerprinting if needed.
I talked w/ Jason Schafer and lined up a Notary - Linda Gordon from Gordon Notary Services in Wind Gap will be coming out to do notary services on site Sat., so that's one less hurdle to jump. Her email is gordonnotary@epix.net. If a member brings a digital camera w/ memory stick, we can do all the photos on site and send someone to the local CVS at 25th st. in Easton, or Staples at the Northampton Crossings and get instant prints. I've been approved so I'm in.
On the camera, does it have to specifically be a memory stick or can they take it from an SD card? I'd be happy to bring ours. It uses an SD card.
