Cold classroom: guns are fine (preferably in holsters) but there is no ammo allowed whatsoever. No rounds in your pocket, in a spare magazine hidden in your bag, etc.

A totally "cold" classroom allows us to ensure that we don't have anyone ND a gun. Unfortunately in the past I have announced that we should be "cold" only to have a person sitting in the class draw their gun and proceed to unload it.

We'll go over all of this before the course starts. It's a safety thing.

I'm working on getting a notary and negotiating the fee down. I'll base final negotiation on the total number of registered participants.

I'm also working on getting a couple of guys to do prints. If that doesn't pan out (travel schedules) I will engage a friend to have one of his guys do it for a modest fee that will again be negotiated based upon the number of participants.

There are few problems that cannot be resolved with the judicious application of capital. My goal is to find guys who I have trained and leverage their professional skill sets as favors. I reward my volunteers well.

I have no problem kicking in extra bucks for the convenience of having fingerprinting and notarizing done on the spot. I'd prefer to spend the money there right away than having to run around on my own afterward trying to get all the loose ends tied.

If so, I am ok with it, just want to know ahead of time.
