1) I am potentially open to car-pooling myself. Have not decided if I am leaving Mon afternoon/eve or early AM (read middle of the night ) Tues AM.
If you are interested in possible car pool (drive or ride) PM me. My decision when to leave can be changed based on car-pool arrangements - I am flexible.
If I drive I have a Tahoe and room for 3 additional people with utmost comfort and 4 people if three of them do not mind sharing the rear seat (which will be far more comfy for 3 than a car back seat but not quite as roomy as bus, but close )

Please attend if at all possible. I know this *story* is dated, but this is the moment we have been waiting for. All the hype in the media and all the support and interest here and on the other boards will see (hopefully) finality on Tuesday. We would be very grateful to each and everyone of you that can make it out to show solidarity. i'd love to attend, but i work tuesday, and since i'm going on vacation this week, there's no way i can get off the days i do work. there's also the drive, me getting lost on the drive, me being lazy and somewhat shy, etc.

For those not attending due to work or not wanting a long drive. Put YOURSELF in the Same position as MtnJack. wouldn't you want people from all over the state showing up to fight for your FREEDOM? is it too much to take a day out of you complacent schedule to attend? or do you firgue there will be enough locals showing up for support that you don't need to make the effort to come out and stand up for what is right? THE ANSWER IS, YOU CAN NEVER HAVE ENOUGH SUPPTORT!!!! the more that show the bigger the message we send, and the more people we educate!

SO I ASK THAT YOU ALL SEARCH DEEP DOWN, THAT IF YOU WERE IN JACKS SHOES WOULD YOU NOT WANT THE SUPPORT OF HUNDREDS STANDING BEHIND YOU AT THE COURTHOUSE STEPS?

Sorry, I'm going to have to sit this one out. My wife has 2 days of procedures/surgeries starting Tuesday. Despite the anesthesia, I think she'll notice if I'm not around.

The best I can offer right now is my heartfelt best wishes to Mr. and Mrs Mtn Jack and my thanks to those who can make it there to support them in person.

the 5 1/2 hr ride to/from Pittsburgh killed my back so I unfortunately won't be attending this. I also can't get off work (sorry, we only have 3 people to cover the shifts at the airport).

however, if there is any follow up hearings, I'll try my best to make it out.
