Could someone familiar with whats going on (from start to finish) write a brief summary of all the events? Difficult thread to read.

I'm reading the transcript of the preliminary hearing and it says, appearing for the defendant, the assistant public defender?

Shouldn't he get a really good lawyer for this?

Public defenders can be good lawyers. If his wasn't he could get another one. He only needs to get a good lawyer to sue the daylights out of them for a civil case.

first to tues and weds,
now the date in MONDAY 7-13

pending further changes we can't foresee.
