MTN Jack ARRESTED for OC near Obama rally site!

Mtn Jacks attorney intends to argue their pre-trial motion (Habeas Corpus) on April 9th at 9:30 AM.
This time and date are subject to change and we won't know until probably sometime in March that it is a go. However, right now that appears to be the date.

The trial date has been moved to the trial term beginning May 4, 2009.
It is a two-week trial term and we won't have an idea of where we are on the list until a week or two prior to the start of the term.

I am just shocked at this bullshit. If the police can't obey the law, what makes them think others will? I thought they were supposed to lead by example, and here they are breaking the law by unlawfully arresting someone who is exercising their rights. I cannot tell you how annoyed I am by this. I hope Mtn Jack sues the shit out of the state police. They violated his rights in every way, and I cannot believe this will be taken to trial. What has this government become? I am just appalled.
