If not, then the 'skel' could be the first or only account on record, which bodes very bad for you. Second in importance to being first on the draw, is being first on the phone, and getting yourself logged under the 'victim' column.

Oh, and also the usual armchair QBing of gasoline+muzzle flash = bad day for all involved, didnt hear you say you gave verbal warning commands to stay back, and if you draw, you fire. If you dont need to fire, then dont draw.

Looking past all of that, This also goes to show that OC isnt a deterant. Even with the guy seeing the gun, he still moved closer forcing the OP to draw. Just goes to show you the power of drugs also. I would have called the local PD and atleast reported it. Anytime my gun leaves my holster and pointed at a would be mugger, Im going to call the local PD. That way someone just standing around or in a car somewhere that dosent know the extent of the situation dosent call the cops saying that guy over there point a gun and that other guy. Glad your ok though

I forgot about that also, I would gave very loud and authoritative commands so anyone around me would be able to hear also.
