Just a general question for the board, but where does your attorney general stand on the 2nd amendment? Would he be considered friendly?

Has pafoa.org thought about advertising venues, such as billboards? Are y'all partnered with the NRA at all?
Our AG has proven to be VERY pro-gun/carry and fully recognizes legal open carry.

But, our AG really has no authority over District Attorneys nor any statute authority to give "Legal Opinions" that have any teeth to it like many other states' AG's.

The only "Legal Opinion" authority that he has is over reciprocal agreements on this subject matter.

Just trying to figure out how high up PAFAO could find an ally. Surely a representative of PAFAO could contact his office with a list of incidents and ask for help and/or advice on getting the word out to a greater audience? Even if he has no authority over DA's, do you think his word would carry weight with a lot of the population and law enforcement community?

This is just unbelievable, don't these JBT's read the papers or watch the news up there. Hasn't it been stated several times in the media that OC is legal? I'm starting to think that the Jersey gestapo has managed to swim across the river to invade our state.

I will lend any help in body or voice, this has got to stop and stop now.

I think the problem is that many LEOS just don't like the idea of OC and are simply making it difficult for those who do. If OC was illegal then why wasn't he arrested?

You'll probably have to wait two weeks or so. That seems to be the norm for department lawyers to help create a work of "fiction".

Your assessment is correct, sir.

Sadly, Trenton is right across the river from the Great Conservative Bastion of Pennsylvania, but it takes it lawmaking cues from across the Hudson; from the Peoples Republic of New York.
