Cops stealing private property is a violation of the law. WE don't have to establish ownership of shit. THEY have to prove a crime was committed. And they know it full well.
Just curious, but on what grounds could this be a federal complaint?

They violated the OP's civil rights. At least the 4th and 14th Amendments.

I posted the basic elements of this thread on a Luzerne County forum (EMS, LEO, Firefighters, etc) but I don't think any WBPD post or even visit there.

The problem with NOT calling those JBTs what they are is that it softens the impact of having government agents illegally steal from us, of having government agents knowingly and willfully violate the law and our rights. For years, we've soft pedaled what scum like those criminals with badges do to our rights and freedoms because we don't want to appear mean, uncivilized, or hurt somebody's feelings.

And for years, we've seen those violations of our rights continue to grow. Acting like proper ladies hasn't worked. I think it's time we call cops who act like the SS what they are.

Jack Booted Thugs.

You be nice if you want. Personally, I'm getting increasingly tired of law abiding citizens being stomped on and the freedom I and so many others fought for being pissed on because some thug feels the urge and thinks his badge gives him the right to be a criminal.

The powers that be do more than enough to try to discredit us, we need to police ourselves so that we don't help them.

That would be a fun get-together! Imagine about 15 OC'ers standing there.

Just a little of my opine on Corbett. He's the kind of guy 10 years ago would say,"we should be more like France, we should pay more for gas so we would use less".

1.) France has more nuclear power plants than I think anywhere in the world.

2.) Guys like him...10 years later...say," It's all about BIG OIL and HALABERTAN".

3.) I gave him more time than he's worth

I like the answer,"W-B has no policy for this".

I said the Ass.DA...4 hours ago.

It takes a former Knucklehead to Know a Knucklehead.

Remember, it's only liable if it's NOT TRUE!

The answer will be something to the effect of,"we didn't know about OC...or we asked the DA for help".

I was told at a young age...let's see...how did we say it?
...possession is 9/10's of the law...and that other one...what was that...Ohh, IGNORANCE OF THE LAW IS NO EXCUSE.

Only in NEPA is there rules for you...and rules for me.

No, we have no relation to the NRA.
Can we get a government grant to maybe test the power of a 22 vs a 223 ? They give money to people testing a Testy Fly or why onions make you cry Why not apply ?

Though I hate to be redundant, as I had said in the thread about Pa Patriot / Dickson City issue, this should be pressed as a Fourth Amendment issue. If the masses read this to be a Second Amendment issue, they will automatically jump to "Gun-Nut" assumptions. The violation of the right of the people to be secure... against unreasonable searches and seizures is something that all citizens can relate to, pro- and anti-gun alike.

I agree. We need to make clear that having 2A rights trampled on isn't JUST a gun issue. Incidents like this attack FAR more than just our gun rights.

sorry to hear about this, i'm outraged. I gotta say I've been lucky, I live just outside of Phila. and no problems at all. But I don't run into alot of cops either. Hope you stick it to them...really really hard!!!
