Mr and Mrs Patriot, please let me know if theres anything i can do to help, i am still so angry that i wasnt there, and that it happened at all.

i agree with the post's about pushing for more education in the upcoming law suite
i hope you go all out on these people man, no prisoners so to speak.

its just so infuriating to think that A someone would call the police at a group of people ( families) having dinner while wearing a firearm. and B the police to arrive and see that its a friendly gathering and act and proceed the way they did..

I hope a lesson is taught to undertrained and misinformed LEOs throughout PA by this.

Thank you for taking a stand all of you that were there.

I can't believe I'm reading this guys. I got home late from a week away at work or else I would have been there. Rich, I know you know our rights and they were wrong. Sorry to hear you had to go through this. Wish I was there last night.

I know it can be hard to stand up against this type of abuse when alone, but IMO it would be easier in a group setting like this, especially when with someone who is as knowledgeable as Rich. I won't say "If I had been there.....", but I've damn sure thought about it.
Maybe because we were CC as well and they have a right I believe once they know you CCing to ask for your LTCF which we gave them

I know PA might not like the comparison, but he is kind of "our" Al Sharpton Sharpton just got arrested recently as well, coincidence? I don't know, you decide

Seriously, maybe you should set up the legal defense fund while the emotions are so high, might get a greater donation turnout.

I, for one amongst many, have the utmost admiration for the courage PA has shown. Risking so much for all our rights, you are certainly a better man than me! Let me know where to give!

Also, please post any hearing dates you are given as early as possible, I really want to attend. It will be a turning point on matters of OC.

God Bless you and your Family.

Be safe.

Scott

I can't believe what I just read.

I just want to say good luck on pursuing this issue ... I look forward to the updates.

Although I am new to the forum, I would like to offer any help that I can provide. It's the least that I can do for anyone that helped make this such a great site, and for anyone willing to stand for our rights. I truly commend everyone for their actions.

Me neither. Please post (or PM) shop info. I like to spend my money with those who share my values.

I can't wait to hear how this unfolds and look forward to further details when appropriate.

Well, it couldn't have happened to a more well informed person. I'm sorry that you had to go through this debacle, but thank you for standing up for your, and everyone elses rights.

The worst thing about this whole thing, other than the fact that everybodys rights were clearly violated, was the negative light that was portrayed on owning and carrying a firearm to the other patrons of the restaurant. There may have been some people in the restaurant that were thinking of obtaining their permit, thinking of carrying, etc, and now may be scared to do so.

If something good for us does come of this, after everything is said and done, it should be made as public as possible, to educate the general public as well as the LEO community about the 2nd amendment and the rights that are guaranteed to us by the constitution, and how infringement of these rights should carry a severe penalty.
