Well....specifically in the case of Dickson City, I'll pit my common sense and knowledge of the law against theirs any day.

The only time I had any interactions with them they stated they knew the law. They just chose to ignore it.

There have been days when I'd have thought that idea was a dream come true. I've also thought duct tape and a closet a fine babysitter.

I didn't feel like sifting through 254 pages of post's on this thread....but why is there no mention of this in the Daily Police Log on the Dickson City gov webpage under police department link? Was this already discussed? DUI's, speeding, theft, traffic accidents, passing gas in public, wearing too much make-up, domestic abuse....etc.....were listed (well...maybe not the gas or make-up..) but no mention of this.

Also....when should we expect this to go to trial? I saw it has been changed a few times. I would like to show up in support of our rights.

Yeah. it's a lot of pages to go through. Just go to the first few, and look at the dates too. This is a very old thread. All is well now in Dickson. Well, sorta. Pretty sure PA.Pat. isn't going to be hassled too much now. The best I can synops this down for you is....a healthy fear of the citizenry is a good thing for the government.
