Be advised if this trial is like most others, the date will change at least once and possibly a few times - that is if it goes to trial at all. The calendars of both legal teams, and the court are usually in flux resulting in these changes. Settlement offers usually only get serious towards the eve of trial. I certainly wouldn't want to discourage anyone from going, but if you see the date today and put in at work for that time off, you will likely be disappointed.

Is there going to be a separate thread on the coarse of the trial.
This is one many of us have been waiting to see what happens.

Well, a Federal District Magistrate Judge in New Mexico ruled in the OCer's favor as noted here: http://www.examiner.com/x-2782-DC-Gu...ights-Examiner

The Dickson City case was listed as one still pending.

In other words when they say December, expect it in April.

Exactly. Remember how many times Mountain Jack's trial date kept changing? Sometimes things come up with the prosecution, the defense, or the judge. You never know the day of the dance until the man in the robe says "dance!"
