I think the document was pulled down for modification, as it contained some personal info about one of the plaintiffs. Granted, it's all now public info, but there was some concern that it was much more readily available since it was linked to.

I'd need to review the document again to be sure, but I think that comment was made because of the two witness lists. If I recall, the defendants tried to list anyone even peripherally involved, their relatives, best friends, barber/hairdresser, etc. - ie - it seemed pretty obvious they are desperately reaching to form a defense. Other documents that I have seen (but are not yet public) only confirm this info. Since they have no real defense, they are scrambling to create 'justification' - just like they attempted to do in the press immediately following the incident.

A lot of the rest I'm not surprised at. The are basically saying we didn't do anything and If we really did it was not illegal. In a lot of different ways. Outright lies or just their interpretation of events ... you decide.
