He punched her in the face, she then stabbed him with a meat fork. Sounds like justice was served...well done! Theres a pun there!

Sounds like they are running scared.....

From what I understand, it is pretty standard stuff. The defense would likely move to extend, even if they did not feel they needed to. Screwy.

Sounds more like they are working within the system to prepare thier case...remember innocent until proven guilty?

What's with all the gloating over this?

Too many posts here that seem to enjoy this. This situation is not good for either party and I have empathy for ALL involved.

I was there that night. I was taken away from my dinner. I have no sympathy for the two officers or for Dickson city.

You missed a couple bites of food and you want to ruin the lives and careers of someone else? Sounds a little JBTish to me. Do you think destroying these peoples lives will be a positive thing?

Yes it's your right to proceed with the case, but in my opinion you're no better than the cops who mistreated you.

Well, this is going to go well.

Unfortunately, I have to go to work, so I'll have to wait till later to see who gets reprimanded by the other mods when this explodes.

I don't care which "side" you take on this, if anyone starts getting hot-headed and loses his/her temper, infractions will be issued.

First off I was carrying concealed. Still removed from the ocb. Yes I could have ducked and pretended to not know the others. That is not the way I am wired. The officers said any one carrying out side.

I am also not listed in the court case. I am a first hand witness to the officer saying several times that he knew no laws were being broken. "but".

I do not believe that holding the officers accountable to the same laws as i or you are is a bad thing. It may even help with further training of the officers.

I am not a cop basher. Please do not try to make me out to be.

Sorry normanvin I wasn't trying to single you out, please accept my apology. It's just the trend of this thread has such a blood lust mood to it.
