I hadn't though about that. It seems to me that the sensible way to handle it from the DC side would be to retain multiple lawyers and have them each handle separate sections of the suit, ie:

Lawyer 1 represents Mariano and Gallagher for Count 1 2 & 5
Lawyer 2 represents Dickson City for Count 3
Lawyer 3 represents Stadnitski for individual claim under Count 4
Lawyer 4 represents All Defendents for general claim under Count 4

Then again, "I was just following orders" has never been an acceptible excuse for individual actions so that might eliminate any attempt to try that defense.

Gee, it seems like the Dickson City Borough Council does have a problem there. Their next borough council meeting ought to be interesting. Of course, much of the legal stuff will qualify for Executive Session, but they'll have to make some things public. Maybe they can reflect on the attitude they held during the last PAFOA-attended meeting.

Perhaps some of the locals could arrange to take turns attending each meeting so we have consistent and ongoing representation there...even if all they do is observe (and record) the meeting.

The DC Monthly meetings are the second Tuesday of each month at 7pm

Well, then one of the locals from our group should bring up the "fired and rehired officers who were involved in the incident at OCB" and maybe, just maybe, a lightbulb will click on in the head of one of the non PAFOA locals.

Any chance of starting a post so everyone can keep abreast of what is going on without going thru almost 2000 post. Would help out newcomers to the sight too. How about a post that will just list everything that is important that has happened concerning this incident. Not for replies, just for info. Then we can get newcomers updated and those that may have been away for a while (like me) can get caught up. Then we can come back to this thread and get involved with the conversations without looking like we are lost.
