Is there any thoughts about posting on a separate thread (sticky) copies (.pdf) of the court and other documents once they are filed or served on the opposing party? I'm not suggesting that any of the principals comment on the documents but there may be some insight (tactical and otherwise) that the 'armchair lawyers' on the forum might provide that could be useful. Also it would allow us to follow the case as it evolves.
