I will second EmptyMag's advice: If you were there write EVERYTHING down on paper sign it and date it. That way you can refer to it later.

I've already had a phone call with one of my firearm lawyers just to ask some questions based on the limited information I have and he has asked to be kept up to date.

PAFOA has Rich's back if in fact he's being screwed.

I've also left a voicemail on his phone(s) to call me ASAP.

Dickson city and Blakeley and I believe Scranton was their back up.

Don't get discouraged guys. you did nothing wrong and we'll get this all straightened out. THese cops will learn a lesson before this is all over.


Only thing that sucks is all the people in OCB now think OC is 1. illegal, 2. frowned upon by the police, and 3. something it is acceptable to call police for if seen in public.

I'm sure they did nothing legally wrong, in which case eventually this will all be straightened out. And in the end might actually be a benefit when we get a public apology from a cheif of police.

the female offic3e4r from Dickson City did not believe there was no license needed to open carry, so much so after taking control of one gun she had to ask several other officers about it and finally returned the gun to its owner.
