So when we enter Gary what do we say? Are they aware of our group name?

I won't be able to make it as well. I had to use up vacation time so I shot down to florida. I thought I'd be back by tomorrow...but it's florida..

I was really looking forward to it. This is the 2nd one I had to miss. Someday I guess...Have fun!

Last count I gave them was 45 people with about a third of them children.

Group name is just Gary Roberts.
After PM'ing forum management back for the NEPA OC Dinner @ Perkins.......I do not reserve under the name PAFOA. Our dinners are not PAFOA sponsored events (Plus - if they Google it, they'll get a heads up as to what we're about!)

They don't know we'll be carrying.....But it won't take long for them to figure it out so you prolly won't have to ID yourself as "I'm with the Gary Roberts party"!

I will likely call them today and amend our count to about 35 people.


Sound reasonable?

Leave it at 45 I'm bringing 2 more of my children = 5 Children 2 adults plus more have joind up in the past couple of days.
