So after I left family court today(security was pretty nice about locking up my firearm and gave me the key)

But after I was done I was hungry so I decided to walk over to the gallery and as soon as I walk in the door I see this sign posted of the rules and it's the typical blah blah but rule # 13 reads:

No weapon of any kind even if legally owned, except for law enforcement officials!

Since I wanted my cinnabun pretty bad I just concealed until I got back outside!

And many many people would agree with you. However, there are rules on this forum, that at times are very strictly enforced. One of those rules is about not posting illegal actions. Defiant trespass is a crime. As such, posting that you are doing it, is akin to saying "I just sold crack, to an underage prostitute, while having a hollow point in my pocket, in new jersey." The rules are the rules, and there is a reason why I read, re-read, double check, and think, all before I click that post button.

Is ignoring a sign really defiant trespass?

There has been lots of discussion around that and no factual case ever brought (that i've seen).

It's like the whole "except for other lawful reason" in the school law..

Never really proved on way or the other as far as i've seen.

Someone got a cite that it is really illegal?
