Default First OC "incident"

Sunday 10/9/11 around 10am. My wife and I were joining some friends for a shoot @ the Pocono Pistol Club. I was OCing for the 2345782347823457 time, my wife was OCing for the first time. We decided to stop at the WalMart in Stroudsburg to pick up ammunition. While waiting our turn to purchase ammunition the casher looked at my wife and I, then did a double take and asked if we were police officers. I told her we were not, this put a confused look on her face, she then asked how we could carry like we were. Without looking back the man standing in front of us (perhaps a member here? ) informed the cashier that open carrying was perfectly legal in PA and did not require a LTCF unless we carried while in a car or we concealed the firearms. The cashier then said she was surprised and that she had never seen anyone open carry before. That was the extent of our "incident"..

It's also required to transport a handgun unloaded in your trunk under most circumstances. Not just to "carry" in a car.

Impossible! You've been around less than 914544000 times, and only have been legal to OC for less than 346896000 times!

Between the mustache and the little hairs on her chin she is hard not to stare at. She does however seem to be one of the more helpful ones behind that counter. She has had no problem looking for stuff that I could not see and even once told a rude couple that was trying to butt in and ask questions during another customer's transaction to "shut up and wait their turn!"

The lady with the mustache works almost every weekend, and yes she is actually a nice person who has no problem looking for stuff for you that you cant see . I am always in that store including the gun counter.

BTW guys , isnt it great that we live in a country/state where we can go grocery shopping and if you feel like buying a couple guns and some ammo you can do so and take it home with you the same day? Unlike many other states and countries.
