Default Machineguns in Estates

Hey guys, I wrote an article for my Prof on Machineguns in estates. He edited it (took out some of the political and more in-depth stuff). It apparently has caused quite a stir on the PA Real Property List Serve. You can check it here: http://paelderestatefiduciary.blogsp...ne-gun-to.html

If you want the unedited copy, feel free to email me. I am working on a Law Review Article on the NFRTR, which hopefully will cause enough of a stir to get some action.

IMHO, you might want to add that a Class 3 FFL is needed to handle the transfer should the estate decide to sell the NFA. Such dealers are also useful references in determining the type and value of firearm under consideration. While some info may only be available from the BATFE, do not expect a quick response to any inquiry.
