I'm looking at putting together a short barreled AR15. I'm still in the planning stages, but I figured a lower receiver would be a good inexpensive start, and I can get started also with the BAFTE approval process.
My question is if anyone has any experience with getting the Chief of Towamencin Township Police signing off on the paperwork. I got my LTCF from there in less than 20 minutes, but I'm not so sure about NFA paperwork. Any help? (I know I could go with a trust or LLC, but for now, I think I just want to go the personal route). Thanks! |

Thanks Jay. The interim chief there and I go back to when I was a kid...he was the cub scout troop leader when I was in. I was sorry to see Felice go.
