Towamencin Township CLEO? (Montgomery County)

I'm looking at putting together a short barreled AR15. I'm still in the planning stages, but I figured a lower receiver would be a good inexpensive start, and I can get started also with the BAFTE approval process.

My question is if anyone has any experience with getting the Chief of Towamencin Township Police signing off on the paperwork. I got my LTCF from there in less than 20 minutes, but I'm not so sure about NFA paperwork.

Any help? (I know I could go with a trust or LLC, but for now, I think I just want to go the personal route).

you MIGHT be good to go.

all my first NFA stuff i got sigs easy in Towamenicin Twp from the old Chief, then from the interim chief, but i'm not sure about the "new" Chief Dickinson... I moved further west shortly after my last sig there in early 2005

honestly, just stop by and ask, best bet.

good thing is they have an AFIS machine there, so no inky fingers

Thanks Jay. The interim chief there and I go back to when I was a kid...he was the cub scout troop leader when I was in. I was sorry to see Felice go.
