Default NFA and AWB Question.

Hypothetically, if Philly/PA somehow passes an AWB would NFA/class III weapons be able to be confiscated? Is there anything that would stop that.

Likely, you would be grandfathered out.

If for some reason my county/city required that I give up my possessions, I would likely take my tax dollars to another county.

There's a line, they cross it and I cross the county line.

well in philadelphia's illegal law... you have 4 choices, disable your firearms so they can't be fired, turn them into police, remove them from the city, or face criminal prosecution... sorry... they like ignoring the constitution for their own agendas... to "keep and bear arms for self defense" is in the pa state constitution, so if they tried to fuck you over, you would be rich after a lot of headaches... and as long as you vote against assholes like nutter and make your voice be heard about firearms, you would have nothing to worry about.
