second where are good places to put copies of my form 1 at home, transporting and at the range

I'm not sure about engraving/stamping info on a suppressor. But if its the same as an SBR you need your name, city and state in a visible place and engraved to ATF depth/height specs.

Make a bunch of copies of the papers, and put the original in a VERY safe place. Then place the copies in your truck, gunsafe, and anywhere else your suppressor may be just so if you need to produce them for some reason its an easy thing to do.

As far as what to do with it if you injured i'm not aware of what the law would do as far as someone else watching over them while your in the hospital or what the deal is so i'm not gonna touch that with a 10ft pole. Gonna depend where you are, who your with and alot of other circumstances also. Responding officers may/could take possession??

When did you send in your papers?

if your f1 is complete, you know EXACTLY what you need to stamp or engrave on your suppressor, its on the forms that you filled out.
see current marking requirements sticky:
http://www.pafoa.org/forum/nfa-class...nfa-items.html

I suggest you keep the original, and irreplaceable copy of your F1 in a safe, safety deposit box, or such place.
Do NOT laminate your original form.
Only carry photocopies of your form with you.

in the case of an accident, or such, the same thing that would happen to your NFA items is the same that would happen to your non NFA items, the police or your legal guardian would take control of them.
