Default Will Delco sheriff sign NFA forms?

Going in an obviously different direction than my Trust post below...does anybody know if the Delco sheriff will sign NFA forms? I read some posts where people said he wouldn't, yet my local range said it will be no problem. Any comments?

Our data: http://www.pafoa.org/counties/delaware

Says yes. If our system says yes it is because we talked to the Sheriff's office and they very clearly said yes.

Thank you much sir.

Do you know if I will personally have to sit and talk with him or is it a drop-it-off and pick-it-up type thing?

I live in Cambria co. It says on that list that jaybell had there that cambria is not nfa friendly. Can I just go to another county sheriff and do it? or are there residency issues?

there is a residency issue.

You can only get a sig from the authorized people in the county that you reside in:
Local Chief of police (includes PSP if applicable)
County Sheriff
County Judge who presides over felony cases (NOT a District justice)
District Attorney

thats pretty much the list of folks who can sign in the county you live in.
