He said it was 760 in the catalog. He said that was the recommended price, not that was what he was going to charge me :-/

My previous post said the recommended price was 840, his cost was 760. He didn't give ME a price as I didn't ask him for one. He also said he was contacting another dealer for me to check the prices that he had (apparently if you deal en masse you get a better price).

yeah and if it's a high profile Item (m4 2k8, 762SD) and your dealer is a "small" dealer (low volume) prepare to wait... and wait... and wait if they are ordering for you. AAC definatly give out preferance to high volume dealers and sometimes the smaller guys get screwed.

You can say that again! Last year I had my dealer order some cans for me that he didn't have in stock. Boy did we get the hairy bannana. It took 4 months for the cans to come in. My dealer actually got my approved form 4s back before the cans even got there!
