Default Any NFA experiences in Allegheny County?

Really seriously thinking of getting a .22lr suppressor for my P22, but Im not sure if the CLEO here will sign off?

Anyone else have past experiences they would like to share?

From recent discussion (after the last shoot at drews) with others from allegheny county it sounds like the sheriff will not sign.

I just finished my corporation registration in Allegheny. It was 125 bucks and all can be done online without contacting an attorney. I will keep you up to date with how the purchase of the suppressor goes vv

If sheriff Mullen's won't sign.......
Make an appointment at your local twp or borough police dept and ask to talk with police chief where you live, they has authority to sign it. What could it hurt? All they can say is no. Especially since you are asking for only a suppressor, just to make a firearm quiet, see if he is for taking mufflers of all cars for example.

More than just for having it and all that, I'd like to teach my daughter/fiance to shoot and the BANG is part of what drives my fiance away (my daughter is 4 turning 5, Im "allowed" to take her to the range at 6). If we can head up to the family farm and shoot with little to no noise I think it will be a better experience to get more "into" firearms.
