Man Shoots Teen Robber, Self Defense?
I saw this on the news last night and was trying to sort it out in my head:
http://kdka.com/topstories/local_story_244165917.html this guy has two teenagers try and rob him, shoots one and he is sitting in jail. Turns out there were a few details missing: http://www.observer-reporter.com/OR/...09_02_shooting So he shot one of them in the back as the teen was running away. I'm not sure what I would have done in this situation myself. I would hope not to shoot someone in the back, but maybe if he turned real quick... |
