Re: New Jersey Appellate Court Says Americans Have No Right To Buy Handguns
I moved to Moon in the PGH area from North NJ in the summer and I do miss some aspects of it. NYC being 5 minutes away and the beach in less than an hour was great. Pizza by the slice( not that stuff they call Pizza over here), Italian deli's, and not having to really search to find a good mans suit...but hey a state can't have it all. I dealt with the whole permit thing for years and it did kinda suck but for me it wasn't that big an issue. The Chief and Sgt. in charge of the pistol permits in my town were pro gun and would have them ready for me within a week, and I would get 10 at a time. Jersey recently passed a one gun a month law but have no way of enforcing it...yet, so for now you can still get as many handguns as you want; as long as you have the permits. The only benefit to the pistol permits in NJ is that FTF handgun sales between individuals don't need to be down at an FFL and no PICS/NICS check needs to be done.
