DC Appeals Court will not re-hear case

And I'll admit I'm a little scared. We just have to hope that if the SCotUS hears the case, they don't completely screw every American out of the protection of a God-given right because of their interpretation. OK everyone, start saying prayers, knocking wood, crossing fingers, etc. etc.
