An obvious accident, but how can you not prove the crime? lol Gimme a break, citizens of DC have to fight in court to have a gun in their house, but this guy walks into the capital building with a gun accidently and gets nothing.

If nothing else, we would hope that everyone is more carefull and has some sort of game plan should something like this occur again.

Accidents do happen, but when it comes to firearms - we can't afford to have any accidents..
