O.K so we know Rich is the man. Now we also know the the Dickson city police don't have a damn clue about gun laws!!!!! Next thing I would like to say is, what is this "registry" that Officer Gallagher kept referring to??? Hmm... to my knowledge, in this state no such thing exists. So if his gun does not come back on something that does not exist why can he not have it back? The thing I am wondering is wasn't Rich carrying 3 firearms? If so where is mention of the third gun, and yes you can carry a firearm that was sold to your spouse, or your parent or your child for that matter, correct me if I am wrong.

I wasn't there, but it is my understanding that he was carrying two firearms.

in fact, as long as you have an LTCF, you can carry a gun loaned to you by anyone...doesn't even have to be related to you.

Yep. As a tribute to Rich, I asked (and he permitted me) to borrow and wear the rig he had the night of the OCB incident when I went to the Dickson City Council meeting. Imagine their surprise if they had checked the "registration" on it and had it come back to Rich Banks!

...but then this rather elderly rotund guy, removed his gun, and ejected the clip and started playing with the bullets it became Scary...

If he was talking about me ! The Blakey officer was standing next to me and I think DC was there I dropped the (his word) clip and ejected the chambered round put the clip and the shell in my pocket as that was when officer Gallagher was checking serial number and I didn't know how familiar she was with a Ruger DC 90 and I didn't want to get shot or her starting a shoot out by an AD
