its about 20 minutes long but he basically says that he's enforcing the laws enacted last week... cause thats what the city soliciter and the mayor says is legal and defensible,,,,,, hows that for arrogant

He's a moron.

We knew he was going to be a problem when he came here, since his record of disregarding the constitution is well established.

Now, one wonders whether or not he is as familiar with PA law as he ought to be, given his stunning lack of understanding of both chapter 61 of the Crimes Code and the PA Constitution. I don't question his understanding of the US Constitution- I know he has none.
