Nightmare at Reagan National Airport

TSA posted some video of this. There's no sound but it looks to me like the woman embellished quite a bit.

I think she may have played up the story some. I've flown with my daughter at 10 days, 3 months, and 6 months of age and all have gone extremely smooth. But, I guess the experience you have all depends on yourself and the current mood of the airport screener.

thats ridiculous, i've also recently gone threw something, although i can possibly see them doing what they did to me a bit more.. but it was awful, humiliating, and hell even somewhat scary, i am a very white white boy, I dont have as much as a speeding ticket, i wouldnt make it a second in prison and truthfully i dont put it passed the gov't to put u behind bars and throw away the key for no reason. I am a funeral director, and i was switching planes in boston, and since i switched airlines i had to go threw a different security line, i was put into some booth that did some sort of scent test for bomb materials. well it picked up formaldehyde. before i know it i'm on the ground with police running with guns in hand, I was in a back room(i also saw 2 others back there) for over an hour and they FINALLY come in and ask me where i live, and work... i say pittsburgh, and i'm a funeral director.. he told me what the deal was said these things happen this officer will get you to a gate... wasnt a fun day yesterday to say the truth and I have to fly back threw boston monday so wish me luck I guess as i'm sure that the traces of formaldehyde arent gone

If you actually watch the video you can clearly see the TSA employee physically grab the woman and push her as she walks along for no reason.

Totally unacceptable.

I don't think it's any secret that the TSA is a bunch of thugs, often very very stupid thugs.

Actually, what I saw was her taking the top off the container and dumping the water on the smooth floor where hundreds of other people walk every hour. She didn't even pretend to drink it, she dumped it out on the floor.

The TSA folks are often thugs with psychological problems that the current laws enable them to inflict on the traveling public. That being said, this woman is a liar who didn't count on the videotape.

I agree that many TSA employees are retarded. I also believe many women are absolutely F*#ing insane, too.
