He talked a lot about a cool grand, but I notice the fine print at the end says get paid "up to" $1,000. I wonder how much they really pay?

I don't know about all this reward money and the chaos that will ensue but I have a neighbor I'd turn in for a buck. And he doesn't even own a gun.
