Ah, the debate where she said she'd teach creationism as science in public school. Or was that the debate where when asked by both Brinkley and Murkowski to identify one bill that she either approved or disapproved of. She ducked it. Or, are you referring to the only zinger she's ever thought of herself when Murkowski and Binkley essentially ignored her for the entire debate?

I do know what I'm talking about. She's an intellectual lightweight of epic magnitude.

I'm not saying I agree with her doing that... just sticking to the facts here.
Not so much. I'm more than willing to discuss any of those debates (the C-SPAN video library has most of them), but don't characterize her performance in any of them as that of anything less than an intellectual lightweight.

Well looks like the reporting of a FBI investigation was just one more false report about Palin.

Quote:
(CNN) -- The FBI, in a rare response to rampant rumors on the Internet, said it is not investigating Alaska Gov. Sara Palin on public corruption charges.

"Normally, we don't confirm or deny those kind of allegations out there. But, by not doing so, it just casts her in a very bad light," said FBI Special Agent Eric Gonzalez, who confirmed for CNN the statement he made to the Anchorage Daily News. "There is just no truth to those rumors out there in the blogosphere."

Gonzalez told The Los Angeles Times that there was "no wiggle room" in his comments for any kind of inquiry.

I'll tell ya what...you apologized for giving offense (which was not necessary, to me at least), and since no offense was intended, at next year's breakfast, use the word retarded in your coversation, and let me know how it feels, and how it was received. Regardless of who is in attendance.

I don't know you, and you don't know me. I wonder how many other people we don't know, who are reading this right now, who may have a child, a sister, a brother or just a loved one who is 'retarded'. The word cuts like a knife, regardless of a persons intention to offend or not. It just does. There are too many 'bastardized' versions of the word for it not to.

That's all I'm saying. I'm not politically correct, I've got class.
Well if we are going PC watch your words very carefully. Don't use any word that may offend anyone anywhere. Bastards around the world take great offense to the use of that word and I know many mothers that would rip you an ass for using it. So much for "Class".

You know, even though I f'd up and pos repped you you're still being an immature ass. Sure you can dish it out but you can't take it. If you're going to be all PC about names (even though no one called a specific person anything) using names that others will take offense to does not put you on a higher pedestal.

Tag team, no....GROW UP

What is it with all the 'negative' rep around here? Do people really put that much stock into somebody's rep? Just for the record, I don't.

Tootie, I understand there is an ignore feature on this forum, maybe you want to put my name on it?

I'm opinionated, and I keep it civil. I don't see that changing, I'm sorry.
