President is right now in the process of signing the Credit Card Reform bill at a press conference in the Rose Garden . Including the Coburn Ammendment ! So nine months from today you will now be fully able to CC in any National Park whose home State allows CC ! One more step to nailing the Antis to the wall . I can just imagine how many uber liberals are feeling quite distressed over the Dear Leaders occasional centrist acts .

I suspect because 98% of the bill has to due with Credit Card Reform and they need to allow sufficient time for the affected companies to phase in the new rules , up date their training and billing practices , re write their disclosures and mail them to consumers , etc

It was passed like everything else, there was a seperate vote on the gun issue and it passed. So i dont understand your comment.
