Default The writing was on the wall

FREE PRESS, yeah right !!

Watch this video!!

This video shows that George Bush tried to warn Congress in 2002 that this economic crisis was coming, if something was not done. But congress refused to listen, along with Barney Franks. This video says it all.

Also that the liberal AMERICAN media did not want this video on You Tube, so they had Time Warner threaten a law suit (proprietary rights) if it was not taken off.

I'm speechless right now. This retard in office was spewing "we can't have the failed policies of the last 8 years anymore, etc." when Bush and his people were telling congress that there was a problem and they didn't act. So how is this all Bush's fault again?

Why is this a Free Press issue? It was broadcast live on C-Span at the time and there were also more than a few articles about it in the papers. I read them!

Not know about something is not the same as it never happening.

This is more a damning indictment of the Dems in Congress. Why the republican party did not run blanket ads about this during the last election is beyond me.

As much as I can't stomach the Dems, they make me hurl, the GOP had a hand in it also because when they had the WH and BOTH houses they acquiesced to the Dems. They had the power and did NOTHING with it. Like a bunch of neutered kittens. Frist and Hastert just went along with the status quo and in effect did nada to stop it.

Truly rep worthy.

The Dems are putting on a clinic on how to wield absolute power, without regard for the citizens or taxpayers.

So my question is this.

when the HELL are you people going to get the fact that both GD parties are the same when it comes down to it?

when the HELL are you all going to 'get' the fact they don't give two shits about you or I?

when the HELL are you going to stop playing the blame game and realize they ALL have to go?

Seriously .... this is becoming a "he said she said" game that has outlived it's usefulness BIG time.

Bush may have sent out warnings BUT then he and his cronies Bernanke and Paulson went on TV and told the world "the economy is fundamentally sound" and 'it's just a minor blip"

Clinton stood there with a straight face and told the world how NAFTA, CAFTA and other treaties we're "good for America" and that dropping interest rates and holding them there would help everyone 'experience the American dream of owning a home"

And Now Obama and his crew roll out a so-called stimulus bill that does NOTHING to stimulate anything except those they want stimulated.

Serious, I am so sick and fucking tired of "the republicans did it" and "the democrats did it" ... get the hell over it and realize there aren't any republicans and democrats any more, there are only those that have and those that don't .... sooner you get that through your heads the sooner you will be able to do something constructive

Respectfully disagree. While the republicans have become fiscally irresponsible, they are not socialists. This group on the left is the most dangerous threat to American Liberty that I have seen in my lifetime.
