Default Arkansas changes its reciprocity law

Now we just have to figure out if PA will honor it

Well I think if you are an ex-military that would be an approved training course I would think or hell even that NRA training they give

Yeah, but in reciprocity, it goes by the State as a whole, not by the individual.

I'm going to give our Attorney General's office a call and let them know about this so they can get busy honoring Arkansas' permit and we can pick up another state.

I tried to call a minute ago but it looks like they're closed due to the weather.
