Clean coal is total and absolute BS.. Hate to tell you but it's a myth.
As far as the cuba drilling goes.. Big. Fing. Deal.. If we would have treated Cuba like we've treated Nations that are 100 times worse they'd be our best friends and they'd sell all the oil to us. Now they've been forced to cozy up to the other people that hate us.. But hey, at least we refuse to talk to them and our pride isn't hurt.. /sigh The wise thing to do is totally get our butts off oil totally.. Yes we may have to drive cars that make us feel like the French (ugh) and build nuclear power plans (with walls that can withstand a 10,000lbs of TNT truck bomb and snipers that can kill from miles away  ) SAVE that oil for the things we'll need it for (Jet Fuel and tanks) when the entire world runs out of oil in 50-60 years and sit back and laugh our asses off. Of course we'd have to make sure our Air Force and Navy are 20 years ahead of everyone else (still) and watch Canada's back.. But they've been swell people so far so why not.. lol
