That smug look on Cuomo's face just pisses me off! You can see he is so proud of himself at making the bank take on these loans, knowing that they will be in default. Talk about setting a community up for failure! Yeah, they sure helped the minority communities. SOBs!

You're wrong with your primary assumption. They didn't want those communities to succeed. When those communities fail what happens? Government needs to come to the rescue. This perpetuates the dependance on government. Perpetuating the Welfare State. It's simple leftist community organization.
