No one is saying he needs to be a programmer or specialist but if you can't even use the basic functions that have been a driving force of this country for the last 20 years then that says something. Really, how difficult is it to take a weekend course on using a personal computer? You'd think this would be on the forefront of every Congressman's agenda in order to better understand their constituency and the tools theyre using to better receive and understand information.
