Re: California....May issue soon?
The Ninth Circuit, in a 2-1 opinion written by Judge O’Scannlain, ruled that Peruta was entitled to Summary Judgement, because the “good cause” provision violates the Second Amendment.

Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.

Re: California....Shall issue soon?
that is one of the reasons I left SoCal. Never been arrested law abiding citizen, denied my permit because I did not have probably cause. I listed personal protection in my application, back then that was not considered probably cause. They were only issuing if you were a politician, celebrity or rich. A lot of law abiding citizens were denied. F cali, i still won't go back now. Cali supreme court didn't vote this down, the u.s. supreme court did, that shows you how whacked out those people are. f pelosi, f feinstein
