We have all got to vote. I feel that it is a civic responsibility like jury duty. Personally, I lose a little respect for a person when I find out that they don't vote. Those people are usually the ones who bitch the loudest about how screwed up everything is. There are a lot of good men who died so that we have that right to vote. There is no guarantee that we will get to elect the "perfect" person for the job but we each have a voice on which person. If you are silent on election day then you have an obligation to shut the hell up for the next four years.

I don't like anyone in this band of idiots. They all drive me crazy on at least three or four levles. I have no clue who the hell I'm going to vote for.

Dont screw the rest of us by electing this socialist.
Obama a socialist? Hmm, I must have missed the speech he gave about abolishing monopoly capitalism and establishing democratic worker control of industry. Strangely enough, I think people with Liberal programs are Liberals, not socialists.

Yeah, I too once lived in CT. Up there socialism seems down right tame.

Interesting that Liberal use to once mean everybody free to do what they thought best but lately its all about more power to the government and the government having more control over even more aspects of our lives.

Slice it anyway you want but it all comes out to socialism. But I agree, Lets call if Liberal so nobody would notice.

I think that anyone who wants to take the money that I worked my ass off for and give it to someone else is un-American!

Take it easy, Debs, it's called humor. Furthermore, Hillary & Obama may not be ideologically pure and murderous enough to meet your definition of socialist, but they certainly advocate socialist policies...cough...forced universal healthcare...cough...

Shouldn't you be out rounding up collaborators or something?

Slim
