We here in PA shouldn't have a problem. Even if they rule its a collective right, PA's Constitution concedes the right to us in Article 1, Section 21.

The same with all but a handful of states.

one of two possible SCOTUS outcomes

1. Will rule against DC and be as vague as possible

2. Will rule against DC and say that "reasonable restrictions" are fine and not explain what reasonable restrictions are..
