The trigger lock argument was pure bullshit!!! 3 seconds to Load and unlock a gun with a trigger lock!!! I thought the Justice did a descent job a debunking his argument though...

WTF? Libel is a punitive law to punish people who use their speech in a way that harms another. Same as you would be charged for murder for shooting someone .
libel to the 1st is nothing at all like gun control is to the 2nd.
absolutely 100% spot on. great post.

Thank you.

I have to add that I am a bit sickened after listening to the arguments.
I really have lost what little respect I had for the SCOTUS aftter listening to them dance around the REAL ISSUE like a bunch of relatives at Thanksgiving dinner ignoring the hooker your brother brought brought with him.
Every single time the real issue was brought up the subject was changed and there was little cognitive order to the proceeding. It was unprofessional on an obscene level.

My prediction is that the court will not address the individual right aspect and once again hand down a ruling only related to "reasonable" restrictions. Whatever those are.

They always pick the wrong guy I thought when I heard them say here is a caller from Chambersburg PA I thought it was going to be good, until the announcer asked what are the gun laws in PA and he spouted that shit out. I spit my coffee on my monitor when I heard that.

Its like on the news they always pick the guy with no teeth and broken English WTF
