SBR question

Hello everyone.
I am new to this forum and to PA, and so far after growing up in new jersey I am enjoying my second amendment rights to the fullest!

Anyways, I just bought a sig556 pistol that I want to change over to an sbr, I am waiting for the forms to come in the mail, but I was wondering, how friendly is the local CLEO in regards to signing off on sbr forms?

In jersey it was like pulling teeth just to get the paperwork to apply for a carry permit, so I am bracing myself for an uphill climb with the CLEO portion of the sbr process, hopefully i am wrong and eveything will go smoothly!
