My home is about 3 miles from Elite. Just as I don't shop for groceries when I'm very hungry, I don't go to Elite that often because the urge to purchase items I don't need and can't afford is over-powering.

I have pick up a couple of " toys " from them also. Nice selection of goodies. I would like to go in more but the wallet says no.

I am a new guy here, living in Hermitage. Shoot at Western reserve, buy ammo at wally mart, and dont go to elite unless I know they are closed, that way I save money for more ammo...

another one from Hermitage here. shoot at furfinfeather from time to time (it's near the parent's place) and do a lot of shooting at camp (marienville).
i just bought an AR lower from elite a few weeks ago and just finished the thing this week so i'm looking to go test it out here pretty quick.
i'm actually heading to greenville in the morning because there's a gun show at the Knights of Columbus. you guys probably won't read this by then, but i'm sure i'll probably walk by one or two of ya there, haha.
maybe we can get a bunch of guys and do some shooting together sometime.

I can see the K of C from my house and did not know they were doing a gun show. Good to know someone else is local. Bought a few things from Elite in the past. I have several interest in firearms but the AR is the one I do not have yet. Help on a kit build would be helpful.

the show there wasn't anything huge, but it was something to do for a little bit. it was pretty crowded for that little place. they actually had a decent variety, but the prices were a little inflated IMO. i think the one is niles is in 2 weeks, then 2 weeks after that there's on at hidden valley in west middlesex.
if you want any help putting an AR together, just give a yell. it's a lot easier than i imagined and fun as all heck. the hardest part is deciding how you want to build it and picking out what parts you want to go with.
