2010 Harrisburg Rally Coordination Thread (Lehigh Valley & Philadelphia Region)

Looking to get to Harrisburg on April 27th for the 2010 Pennsylvania Right to Keep and Bear Arms Rally but need help getting there? Whether you don't have transportation, are looking to split costs, or just think it would be more fun to travel with some like-minded folks use this thread to share and find rides.

If you need a ride, post here requesting one! Alternatively, if you have spare seats, post here offering them up!

Come on counties!!!

I will be taking the day off. I will most likely be taking my motorcycle from my home and taking Rt3 West, to 202 North, to Rt.100 North to the Downingtown Turnpike on ramps. IF it is heavy rain, I will be have the truck, and can seat 3 more.(More on that as date gets closer for meeting spot)

IF people want to ride along, or if folks with cars want to join in a parade, I will plan on being at the Turnpike entrance at 7:30. From there it will take less that 90 minutes to get to Harrisburg, park and get to the rally.

What a great line up of speakers. Take a Mental health day, sick day, personal day or vacation day and come enjoy the lobbying day in Harrisburg!!

Do I presume that carrying is prohibited for this event?

I live in the Allentown area and am planning to attend the rally and weather permitting would like to get a group of bikes together to make the trip. Plan to meet up at route 309 and Tilghman St at the Trivet restaurant at 6:30 and leave by 7:45 Other suggestions are invited. Thanks, Washie

Thats what this rally is all about.
If you have a concealed carry permit, bring your piece.

Nope, bring your favorite, or favorites, with you. There will be a time we will have to locker lock them.

Sorry guys, I wish I could go but April 27th is the last day for classes before finals. I can't miss that. Hopefully my hard work will pay off and I can get a job in PA and see you next year at the rally.
