Question Long-range shooting

Are there any places in SouthEast PA where we can shoot distances from 500-1000 yards?

I don't think there is 500 yards that isn't developed in South East Pa. You will be lucky if you find a 200 yard range.

...they also have a goofy "no more than 5 rds loaded in the rifle at once rule," so I couldn't make myself join that range. I would join, if they ever dropped that absurd rule.

There must be some farm or timberland owner out there with a long, seldom-used road on a big plot. If you go to Google Earth you don't have to look too far out to see them.

Finding the one willing to rent his land for shooting is the hard part....

new holland rod and gun club has either a 600 or 1000 yd. range - i can't remember which one

New Holland Rifle & Pistol has a 600 yard hi-power range, but you have to be a member:
