is there a +/- on the 9.625" and 5.25" lengths?
and what thickness or rather how stout does it have to be?
thinking maybe .1875" thick tops or maybe hair thinner with a gusset on the back?

i assume there can a radius on the joint corner?

i can bend this from a single pc, instead of trying to keep two small pcs square before and after welding.

+/- Can be up to 1/8" with minimal to no impact on function

Radius of the joints, if joints are needed (See below), no issue

The stoutness need that I am claiming is over stated, well to scale it should be strong as the precision needed, I don't want the mounting to lend any variance.

No doubt to the 1 piece design. I just need the base wide enough to displace the pressure and provide enough distance for the mounting points. The goal is to have the cutter due to the work, but while I am spinning at high rpm I don't want anything throwing off the center which could hinder my forward progress :P

PS> You might want to make this easy to mass produce, well not "Mass" but be able to make in a very timely fashion if it works.

Ohh no a steel target sooo advanced, and fitted with radar absorbing paint. Bullets are gonna be dodged by it. The government will confiscate it, and its creators. Nice knowing you folks.
